Hatfield Records 14 Property Transfers From $40,000 to $310,000 in July
Hampshire County recorded 14 property transfers in Hatfield between July 3 and Aug. 1. Seven listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $310,000, with a median of $150,000; the other seven carried no price. The period's top transaction was 24 Depot Rd, which sold for $310,000 to Farm Credit East ACA on July 21. Chestnut Street saw the most activity, with three separate transfers recorded. Several deeds named banks or mortgage companies as buyers or sellers, and one transfer, at 71 Chestnut St, appears to be a within-family transaction. With half the period's transfers lacking price data, the available figures offer only a partial picture of local sale values.
