Hatfield August Deed Roundup: One Disclosed Sale, $5.4 Million, Anchors Active Month
Twelve property transfers were recorded in Hatfield between July 31 and Aug. 18, but only one, a $5,422,500 sale at 4 West Street from West Street Associates LLC to Holdings LLC, included a disclosed price, making it both the period's top sale and its only price data point. West Street saw four of the 12 recorded transfers, more than any other street. Nine of the 12 transactions listed a bank or credit union as seller, including Greenfield Savings Bank, Florence Bank and PeoplesBank, each appearing twice. With prices disclosed for just one deed, the available data offers limited basis for assessing overall market direction this period.
