Five of the 11 transactions had a sale price recorded, ranging from $40,000 for 61 Plain Rd to $310,000 for 24 Depot Rd, with a median of $167,000. The Depot Road sale, from Darryl and Lucinda Williams to Farm Credit East ACA, was the period's largest transaction. Linseed Road and Chestnut Street each had two recorded filings. Banks, mortgage companies or trusts were named as grantor or grantee in all but one of the 11 deeds, and price was not yet recorded in more than half.
