West Street Deed Tops $5 Million as Most Hatfield Sale Prices Go Unlisted
Hatfield recorded 14 property deed transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three listed a sale price, ranging from $40,000 to $5,422,500 with a median of $175,000. The period's top transaction was 4 West Street, which sold for $5,422,500 on Aug. 3 from West Street Associates LLC to Holdings LLC. West Street accounted for four of the 14 recorded deeds, more than any other street. Seven of the 14 filings, half, listed a bank as seller, and the town of Hatfield appeared as buyer in three transfers. With price disclosed for only three of 14 deeds, the data offers limited insight into overall market value.
