The period's top transaction was 4 West Street, which sold for $5,422,500 on Aug. 3 from West Street Associates LLC to Holdings LLC. West Street accounted for four of the 14 recorded deeds, more than any other street. Seven of the 14 filings, half, listed a bank as seller, and the town of Hatfield appeared as buyer in three transfers. With price recorded for only three of 14 deeds, the data offers limited insight into overall market value.
