Hatfield Records Ten Property Deeds, Only One Discloses Sale Price
Hatfield recorded ten property deed transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one, the $500,000 sale of 67 Jericho Road on Aug. 18, disclosed a sale price, so the period's price range and median both stand at $500,000. Three of the ten transactions touched Primrose Path, two named the town of Hatfield as buyer, and four involved a trust as seller or buyer. BankESB appeared as both seller and buyer in separate deeds. With nine of ten prices undisclosed, the data does not support characterizing the period as active or quiet, or identifying buyer's- or seller's-market conditions.
