The other nine transfers, including two purchases by the Town of Hatfield and transactions on West Street, Primrose Path/Ph., Depot Road, Plantation Road, Pine Edge Way and Straits Road, listed no consideration amount. Several filings involved banks or credit unions as a buyer, seller or co-party. With price data available for just one of 10 recorded deeds, the month's figures cannot support a broader read on market direction.
