The top sale was a $470,000 condominium unit at 115 Elm St, Hatfield Village Unit 11A, sold by the Page Family Trust to George and Heather Houck. Elm Street saw the most recording activity of any street, with five filings including two condominium sales and municipal documents tied to the Benson Mini Storage site. The remaining 12 transfers, including several involving bank or credit union sellers, had no price yet available, typical of the registry's data lag rather than any withholding.
