Hatfield's registry of deeds recorded 14 transactions from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19, but only one carried a sale price by publication time: a $470,000 condominium sale at 115 Elm St., Unit 11A, in the Hatfield Village complex, where trustee Diane M. Page and the Page Family Trust sold to George and Heather Houck on Aug. 31. That figure is both the period's price range and its median; the other 13 recordings, including transfers on Sunset Avenue, South Street, Primrose Path and Pine Edge Way, were still awaiting price data. Six of the 14 recordings were non-sale filings, such as homestead declarations and condominium master deeds, rather than property transfers.
